Robert B. came out on a Saturday and inspected my problem. The motor on my furnace had seized up. He made a phone call to locate a replacement motor. Within a short period of time he went and got the motor, came back and installed the part. The furnace is working now beautifully. Robert gave me an estimate on a new furnace and that will be something to consider in the future. Robert was great as was Ken S. who took my original call. Ken had me check a few things before he dispatched Robert. The whole experience was handled very well by Jameson.

They delivered prompt professional service. When two of the smoke detectors started beeping about 9 years and 6 months early, they were replaced immediately at no charge =). Jeff came to install an outlet in our cabinets above the range for a new microwave hood. It was quick and done professionally. He was a pleasure to have in our home, was very friendly and we had a great conversation. The whole installation took less than an hour from start to finish. After a negative experience with another local company we decided to request a second opinion from Jameson & we're glad we did! Matt O. was phenomenal! He was professional, respectful, dressed appropriately, & answered all our questions with ease in simple terms for us non-technical people. Matt O. even offered some extra recommendations for ways to improve some home issues we had mentioned in passing not even realizing he could help us fix this bigger issue! Phenomenal experience for an initial estimate with Matt. Jessy G. and Jim S. just comleted installing circuit breakers and ground wires in a few of the electrical boxes in my house. My electrical was a mess and they straightened it out. They found the problem why my power kept going off and now I am at ease that my power won't go off in the middle of the night in a itch black house. They were courteous and explained the entire job to me in terms that even I could understand. Happy to hear they do more than just electrical. Will definitely consider them in the future.

I have never hired an electrician before so I have to admit I was a bit nervous about it. I was worried about what most people are what is it going to cost and how would I pay for it. We called Jameson as a second estimate. While they came over 200 more than the first one, we went with them. My husband said Bob, who was there for the estimate, came prepared, professional and helpful. After we decided to go with them, I called for the appointment and they got us in the next week. We went from a 1950s boiler and water tank to an energy-efficient wall mounted dual system. They said it would take a day for 2 guys to come out and do the work. We had Ken and Jason. They were on time and started work right away. They were quiet, friendly and clean. After a full day of taking out the old system and putting up the new one, Ken said he would be unable to finish and wanted to come back in 2 days. He was on time the 2nd day and started right away. It took him about 3 hours longer than he originally thought but after looking at all the work they did, we have no complaints! They replaced A LOT of piping, had to drill into concrete (we have a concrete house), cleaned up the area, took both old systems, came out a 2nd day and they didn't charge us a penny over what they quoted. I am extremely satisfied with our choice in Jameson and highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently called Jameson (Wire) Electric for a quote on electrical work at my home in Orchard Park. He was extremely knowledgeable, took pictures, and answered all of my questions and concerns. We will be moving ahead with this company for our repairs. I even received a call from the service department letting me know the rep was running a few minutes late. Hayden spent a good deal of time assessing the scenario, taking notes, and making a few calls. He also gave me a time frame of when I would know the extent of the repairs and potential costs. I recently contacted Jameson Electric regarding having a whole house generator installed. We have used Jameson twice. Both times were great experiences. Both times the employees were professional and helpful. They were neat and thorough, and the prices were reasonable. Last night they came out and helped us in a storm to fix our heater. We will definitely use them again!

This company and their technicians are simply outstanding!!! No heat at 9pm on a Saturday night!! I'm recovering from numerous kidney surgeries, my mother from a total knee replacement. We panicked when our furnace started malfunctioning!! Called Jameson, they had a technician Bob here in a half hour!!! They greet you very professionally, immediately put on boot covers. He knew what the problem was within minutes. My heart rate went from 500 down to 70! The system was just plugged up with dirt and water which could have been avoided had we had them service it yearly like we should have. He recommended signing up for one of their service plans which includes servicing both the furnace and ac each year and gives you priority service. He did not push it at all but it made sense and I just have all the faith in the world with Jameson!!! And Bob!!! Could not have had a better experience!! I would recommend these people to everyone I know!! Doesn't get any better!!! Thank you Jameson!!! And Mr Williamson give Bob a raise!! Everyone of your techs should be a Bob!! Bob was great. Knew what the problem was in minutes. But the price was very expensive the service worker came in for 5 min figured out what was wrong left my house to go get a part and came back an hour later and installed the new part in less than 15 min. Bob was very professional. He diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be minor. He gave me full estimates on various options and asked which option, if any, I wanted. I knew up front what the costs would be. No pressure. He arrived at my house within the time frame that was given when I called and was friendly and professional. We called previously for an electrical issue and were happy with that response, so Jameson came to mind immediately when we had our furnace issue. Will call them again.

Service and technician were very good. The $50 to show up and the estimate were just short of price gauging. 2 hours of labor (tech's estimate) and probably $100 (at most) for a piece of pipe shouldn't run over $800.00. That is conservatively $300.00/hr for labor, an hour of which is just draining water. I think I'll have to go elsewhere. Service is fine and sure the quality of work is good too, but the price is just not realistic.

My technician was on time and very professional. She tried to diagnose the problem however she miss diagnosis that the ignitor was not the problem why my furnace was not keeping temperature for the house. After she left we "dropped" in temperature again. I called a different service company and they diagnosed that the ignitor was not igniting 100%. The other company changed out the ignitor and flame sensor and we have been getting heat without interruption. In her defense she did take a amp reading from my furnace however she did miss that my ignitor was the root cause of the inconsistent lost of heat.

At 8 AM I called the office; Tammy explained it might take awhile to have a technician come to my home, but that I was the first reported "emergency" of the day. Wanted to get a minor repair completed on our back-up generator while keeping it offline for the shortest time possible. Called our usual service company, receptionist pleaded ignorance of all things mechanical when I tried to describe what was needed, and said a technician would call back. Called Jameson. The young woman on the line there was sympathetic, knew what I was talking about, asked me to wait a minute while she checked with a tech, and told me their man would be there the next day. Chris H. the service tech was prompt, polite, competent, and personable. Could this have been a cheaper DIY piece of work? Yes. But this was a fair enough price I was willing to pay to watch someone else do it. Believe I will be switching generator maintenance companies...my old one just got back to me, 4 days too late, to talk about scheduling a service call.

I recently had an emergency with my homes fuse box. When I called Jameson, the dispatcher immediatly sent out a repairman! I was shocked and surprised, yet so happy that they were able to come out SO FAST!. Jameson installed a great split AC system in my home last year. Recently due to the need for a cleaning and minor lack of maintenance on my part, the cooling capacity was diminishing. I called and Jameson got a tech over here as soon as they could. Bob came in, provided an estimate that I agreed to and got to work. He worked pretty hard but got me back up and running 100%. I lost power to a line of outlets and switches. My house was built in the 1940's so it has all the old wiring and plugs. I called Jameson Electric and they immediately returned my call and had someone to the house right away. Hayden was my electrician and worked so hard until the job was complete and I know it was not easy based on the age of the wiring and access to it. I was so impressed with the service and the personnel. Everyone was polite and professional. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Last year I remodeled my home late 2014 and chose Jameson for the heating and cooling. Jameson stuck by me throughout the process and continues to stand behind their work even after the install. I recently had an issue with the ac unit and they came out on a Saturday to fix the issue. Jessica explained to me on the phone that I would be charged a dispatch fee but if the problem was install related the fee would be removed. The technician Ken, very professional, confirmed it was related to the install and the fee was removed. Your word goes a long way with me and Jameson has kept their word and has kept a customer.

The worker that game was I believe name Ken. I explained the problem he understood and went right to work. He was very knowledgeable, corrected the problem with my furnace and my home was toasty and warm. My grandkids could tell a difference immediately and I am very grateful to Ken and Jameson. It gives me a peace of mind to have a company that I depend on to provide my heating and air services.

He was delayed by about 20 minutes upon arrival but was immediately apologetic; it makes a huge difference when people "own" their delays. In conduct of business we as consumers know that delays happen, an apology goes a long way. The visit was eventless and time-efficient. Bo was respectful of my time and home. He answered questions confidently and clearly has done this for a while. I am now awaiting the quote for the work to be done. The repair man (Bob) from Jameson & Wire Electric Heating & Air was very professional. As a matter of fact, he was able to come earlier than my scheduled appt. so Jameson called and asked if it was OK for the repair man come in 30 min from our call. That worked out great since I was already home. Bob patiently listened to every thing I had to say about our issue (broken A/C w/heat in the 90's outside & blower motor issue on hot water boiler system). He was very knowledgeable about our systems, performed the A/C repair and looked at our blower motor without trying to sell me what I didn't need. Although the A/C part was expensive their service call fee was much less than others. I have absolutely no complaints with them and have already recommended Jameson & Wire Heating & Air to others.

I recently had Jameson Electric install the electrical wiring for my new pool. First of all the estimate that I thought I was going to be getting was much less that what I was expecting. That was great news! We were then able to afford a spotlight to be installed on our garage to shine on the pool. They told us exactly what we needed for the day to make sure when they got there everything was there for them. The Office Manager was in communications with me on when to expect the team to arrive . All the times they were available fit right into our schedules. The team, Jesse, Chris and Mark were professional, friendly and very helpful. They made suggestions to changing where the filter was setup and where to put the spotlight. Things that we didn't think of that they did and were spot on when it was completed. They provided instructions on how to set up the timers and work the override switches that were installed in the basement. After the work was completed - we requested the inspector could come out as soon as possible so that we cold cover the ditches in our yard and get our back yard back in order. They got the inspector out to our house 2 days later! I would recommend Jameson Electric to any of my friends and family and will be contacting them again to assist in some other electrical work we need don and future installation of central air.

We set up an appointment for our generator's yearly maintenance, and what a nice surprise to see Jessy at the door. Jessy is Jameson's technician who installed our generator last year. As Jessy tuned the generator he explained what he was doing, explained how to check/add oil if the generator ran a few days because of an outage, and periodically asked if we had any questions. He meticulously cleaned the inside and outside of the generator, and tested the system before he was finished. We're very happy with Jessy and Jameson, the company he represents.

They also looked at my air conditioner and explained we will need service in the near future or now. We appreciated their honesty. I called for a non-emergency appointment on a Thursday night at like 10pm- every single personi talked with was very nice and I never waited on hold or talked to a machine. I was seen the very next morning. The technician, was very nice. He was just an overall nice guy! He was extremely thorough but also fast. He (tried) to explain everything (but I don't know much about eletrical stuff). The price was pretty expensive but I had an agreement worked up with the closng cost of the house- since I had just purchased the place day before. I would definitely use them again; in fact I pln to give them a call for my furnace tune up soon!!

We called Jameson because we had heard their commercials on the Sandy Beach program. We called them earlier in the year for an inspection. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA FOR BOB HOWEVER I COULD NOT GET A BROKEN DOWN INVOICE. The bill was over $800 (2 hrs), I had a coupon for a free visit. So labor is about $400/hr I requested a broken down invoice from the office, and they would not give me one Not sure If I would go thru them again. BOB WAS GREAT

everything was great, except...... I wanted a breakdown of the pricing, parts, labor, discounts, and was unable to obtain one. The bill was over $800.00 for two hours. The part was only an air escape valve so labor probably was $350.00 an hour. I had a coupon for a free visit.

I had a furnace checkup, and asked Bob B. to address a problem with intermittent functioning of the furnace blower motor. The work was done promptly, and the area was left very neat. The blower problem was diagnosed and was clearly explained to me. Bob B. also provided clear answers to a series of questions I had about replacement of my furnace, and concurrently installing a full house air conditioning system. He worked up an understandable estimate for me and Emailed it to me.

Jessy G. was on time, checked out the electrical system and gave me two solutions with costs included. He had me checked on the wattage of the item I wanted to install. I hadn't even thought to do that. So his solutions were right on. He gave me a color choices, who knew you could, so the outlet would go with the color of the outside of the house better. He asked exactly where I wanted the outlet when it was time to do the finally install. He was knowledgeable about home generators and other electric needs for the house. great service and great job, PLUS the company has a referral policy so my hairdresser who referred me to the company will be getting a gift card just in time for the holidays.

On the last service call the technician accidently turned the furnace off and we had to call and have him back again a day later. In the past we have had a couple of problems with the installation of our furnace and had to call to make sure someone was coming to provide the action necessary to assure that our furnace would not shut off this winter as it did last year.

Jessy, Hayden and Ken did an outstanding job. They arrived on time even though we live about an hour away from their location. They were extremely courteous, professional and competent in the work they were performing. The job included installing a generator, replacing an old fuse box with all the wiring that entailed, replacing power lines coming into the house and installing new smoke detectors. The work was completed efficiently, all my questions were answered, and the work area was was left probably cleaner than when they arrived. I was particularly impressed with Jessy's expertise, and would highly recommend this crew and company.

Wire Electric was able to send an electrician out the same day that I called. I needed someone to hang a new light fixture I had purchased for my dining room. Jeff was sent out to hang the fixture, but discovered there was no power. He immediately found the problem, hung the light and it looks great. He also took the time to explain to me what kind of bulbs I would need.

I thought the cost was a little high but the electrician found the problem so he was worth the money.

I had electrical service at the DB Buffalo house done .i have hired other Electrican service but there service wasn't as good as Jameson wire electric they were very professional and pretty high-tech on how they provide paperworks payment. We have used Wire a number of times mainly due to electrician Jeff Scottow. He is courteous, respectful in our home, offers options on the work needed and his workmanship is excellent. They are not the cheapest electricians but we are confident in the work and don't want short cuts taken in our home.

We were very pleased with the complete replacement of our electric service, from relocation of the meter to replacement and upgrade of our circuit breaker box. Ice had gotten into the meter and took out our electric.. This was a two day process and Jessy & his sidekick were here when they said, finished the work when they said, were personable without being chatty, very knowledgeable and cleaned up when done. Found the final cost to be a little pricey, but were able to do 12 month financing at no interest.

Technicians were all polite and efficient They even cleaned up after themselves. . The installation was performed all in one day which was appreciated. Their workmanship was very good as they were able to accommodate my particular needs. Upon completion I was given instructions on the transfer switch and generator operation and maintenance which included a complete running test of the system. All worked well. Strongly recommend reading and placing the manuals where you can find them. Nothing in them that was not explained during the test but if you are like me you probably will not remember most of it a several months later. Would recommend Jameson to anyone. Bruno Bruni

This is the second experience I've had with Jameson and I've already posted a great review so it won't let me post twice. My furnace gave out at 2am with -20 temperatures in Feb. 2015. I called Jameson at 2am and somebody actually answered and Robert Band was at my house by 8:30am that morning. Since it was so cold and kind of an emergency situation, I thought it would cost an arm and a leg but they gave me a fair price that I would've gotten any other time of the year. The installation also went very well with two others. They kept me informed, asked my preferences on where things should go, and were very professional. Robert also followed up and made some last minute tweaks. This is my second experience I've had with Robert and one thing I noticed on both occasions is he doesn't leave without asking "while I'm here, are there any other questions at all that you may have for me" just to make sure were completely clear on everything. Very solid company all around. I'll be calling again for routine check-ups on the AC/Furnace.

Jessy Guizzotti was a blessing for us, when our kitchen re-model had a rough start, after we learned that the original electrical contractor assigned to the job, was not licensed to work in the City of Tonawanda... The contractor found Jessy through the building inspector. He came, the next day, to give us an estimate on the work needed to do the job and bring everything up to code. Called them and they and came out same day. Courteous, efficient, explained the problem, fixed it, and told me ways to prevent it from happening again. 90 day warranty. Liked everything about the service. Sent me an email ahead of time saying 2 hour window. Even had pictures of the service team. There right at the start of the time window. Not cheap but not expensive either. Probably about average for same day service. Nice people also. Would use them again.

Can't say enough positive things about Bob from Jameson Electric. We had a fall furnace inspection/cleaning and he was professional, courteous and informative. It was a wet miserable day when Bob came to the house.The covers he put over his boots before entering the house so as not to track in mud was a nice touch. I recommend Jammison highly for any electrical or HVAC needs.

For the past year, my sister and I have been talking about getting a generator. We contacted Jameson Electric, Heating & Air for an estimate. Jessy came to our house and answered all of our questions and even some questions we didn't think to ask. We told Jessy that we were going to get other estimates and he encourage us to do so. After Jessy left, we looked at one another and said forget getting other estimates, we were that impressed with Jessy. We called the office to schedule the installation of a whole house generator. l The team of Jessy, Mark and Steve showed up on time. One of the first things Jessy did was to explain the steps for installing the generator including that the Town Inspector would be coming to check the install and that the Gas company would also be by to increase the flow of gas. My sister and I had to do nothing the Jameson's team made all the arrangements. Jessy then put down a cover to protect the flooring. When Mark and Steve came in the house, they introduced themselves and started working right away. Within six hours the generator was installed. This was a true TEAM effort. Kudos to Jessy, Mark and Steve!!!!! We highly recommend Jameson and their Sevice Pro team.

Bob was courteous and finished the work on my furnace tune up quickly. I need a humidifier and he left me the information with no pushy sales pitch. I appreciated he explained the work and was very tidy. I would highly recommend Jameson Electric.

Bob did a great job. He was even able to get our gas fireplace to light.

Jameson was sub-contracted out to do electrical wiring for a kitchen remodel. Steven K. came out to do the work and did a excellent job. He was very courteous, and did a fast and neat job. If ever need electrical work done Jameson will be one of the first called.

I originally had Jameson Electric come out to do a maintenance check on our generator. After he was finished with that Jessy noticed that my electrical cable was frayed and that it should be replace. I had three very nice men Jessy, Mark, and Steve come out and replaced and fixed all that needed to be done. They were so nice to my husband who is disabled and on oxygen, they made sure he had his TV and lift chair and oxygen hooked up to another electrical source before they started. What a Great crew. everything was done and cleaned up by the end of the day. I would highly recommend Jameson Electric to my family and friends. We have used Wire Electric a few times. Technicians are professional and informative. You can be confident the work is done to code and in a timely manner. We will use Wire anytime we need electrical work done. The customer service and followup are top notch!
